Khurram Niaz founded Global Transformation Magazine to create space for clear, thoughtful writing about a changing world.
He has always been interested in the connections behind events. What caused a change? Who does it affect? What might it mean in the years ahead? These questions shape his writing and the direction of the magazine.
An early habit of asking questions
Khurram's curiosity began long before information became instantly available. He grew up reading publications such as Reader's Digest, National Geographic, The Cricketer, Newsweek, and Marketing Executive. They introduced him to different countries, industries, ideas, and ways of understanding the world.
English debates taught him how to build a clear argument. Writing letters to newspaper editors gave him an early way to express an independent view and consider how an idea might be received by others.
These experiences helped form the careful and questioning approach he brings to his work today.
Experience across borders
Khurram holds a master's degree in marketing and spent many years building and managing an international export business.
Working across countries gave him direct experience of global trade, consumer behaviour, cultural differences, and changing markets. It showed him how decisions made in one place can affect people and businesses elsewhere.
It also taught him to test ideas against practical experience. Events rarely happen in isolation. Understanding how they connect often reveals more than examining each one separately.
Writing through change
Since 2013, Khurram has written about global affairs, digital transformation, psychological science, business, and social development.
He is particularly interested in subjects that cross traditional boundaries. Technology can change how people work. Economic decisions can influence families and communities. Social expectations can shape personal choices. A world event can affect everyday life far from where it began.
His writing looks for these connections and explains them in language that readers can follow.
A structured way of working
Khurram is visually impaired. His working process relies on structure, sequence, careful listening, and close attention to language.
This supports an analytical style that takes time with a subject. He looks beyond the first explanation, separates what is known from what remains uncertain, and considers how present changes may develop over time.
Visual impairment is one part of his experience. It does not define the whole of his work, but it has helped shape the precise and thoughtful way he approaches information.
Why he founded the magazine
Khurram created Global Transformation Magazine because readers deserve more than a continuous stream of disconnected headlines.
The magazine brings together global affairs, technology, social change, future generations, women's experiences, and human resilience. Its purpose is to help readers understand how these subjects connect and why they matter.
The goal is not to tell readers what to think. It is to offer clear context, considered perspectives, and better questions.
As founder, Khurram guides the magazine's editorial direction and its commitment to clarity, fairness, and careful thought.
